HSE Policy

The ADMA HSE Policy describes the requirements of health, safety and environmental at work imposes a statutory duty on employers to ensure how reasonable and practicable the health, safety, and environmental conditions of their employees are whilst at work. Employees also have a statutory duty to take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or omissions. To enable these duties, ADMA will ensure that:

There are adequate resources to ensure proper provision can be made for health and safety.
System of work is provided and maintained for ensuring safety and no risk to health.
All accidents, incidents spills, and releases are preventable.
AThe workplace is safe and there is adequate access to and from the workplace.
Health, safety, and environmental performance is measured and continuously improved.

ADMA Contracting is a member of the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) and registered with the National Bargaining Council for the Electrical Industry of South Africa (NBCEI) and is committed to the latest Occupational Health & Safety Act.
